WORKOUT YOUR MIND!

Do you lack persistence and inner stamina to follow your decisions and plans?

Do you admire and respect strong individuals, who have overcome obstacles and difficulties and reached far because of the inner strength they possess?
OK, let me make it easier to relate with.Do you find yourself dragging feet towards tasks set by you or authorities? You find it had to get off bed every morning and end up rushing to work or an appointment or not going at all?
This happens to me a lot and can happen to anybody, allowing yourself get distracted from the goals you've set, maybe you planned on starting or finishing a research work, and each time you get on the Internet, you see yourself navigating through social media, and feeding yourself with junk meal, and at the end of the day, you feel discouraged and angry with yourself? follow these steps and see yourself elevated.

Handle Obstacles

Learning to handle obstacles is the best way to exercise your inner strength and power, stand your ground, and succeed. The world presents you with various challenges so that you learn how to develop mental strength, grow more confident and strong.

Eliminate negativity
You need to eliminate negative beliefs that have been holding you back from reaching your goals, by tapping into the power of your unconscious mind. Your inner strength and power develops by overcoming inner resistance.

Let go of past mistakes
most times what keeps us down and demotivated is the thought of failing or looking back and dwelling on past failures and disappointments. you  are not alone, so many great people got to that point of quitting and just going with the crowd, but if you refuse to let your self drown, by focusing on your strength, maybe reflecting on what you have done before or what you believe you can do, then you will see yourself soaring high again.

Stop seeking approval.
people might never give you that approval or encouragement you're expecting from them. And sometimes the reason is because your success might pose a threat on their happiness. Because to some people, your success is a confirmation of their own failures, so they'd rather you remain at the position their pride can handle. The only person you should trust is God and yourself.

Take a little break from social media for a while.
This will help you focus on yourself and escape the prospect of comparing your level of success with others, until you have found yourself and reached that point where you're unmovable by situations.

Take some time to meditate and pray.
This no doubt works, its not about being religious, its about connecting with our being and creator, he knows our weaknesses and strength, and can help get on our feet and be better, but we must get our motives right.

FIND YOURSELF AND BE HAPPY!

You must have heard the phrase "be yourself and be happy"so often and you probably ask yourself,'who have I been all these while?' and 'how can I be myself?'

I have asked that severally and here is the help I got.

To find yourself learn about yourself.
Finding the real you is an enlightening experience. You become self-sufficient and do things for yourself, for once. It's a hard feeling to put into words, but when you don't know who you are, it's hard to ignore. Finding yourself is not easy, but it's worth it.
 Ready? Let's begin.

Create your own life time line. Write down all of your major goals that you feel you have achieved and want to achieve. In turn, write down the events in your life that have already happened and that have shaped or affected you. When life brings problems or misfortunes it shapes our belief system and makes us think differently, but it also makes us us. These things you list are organically you, not a simple reflection of society.

Distinguish your thoughts from the thoughts of others. For most people (it's more common than you may think) life is pretty easy to go through while on autopilot; we practically get handed a road map for how reality "works." Go to school, get a job, get married, think this, that, and the other, and boom — hope you had a good time. And that's all well and good — it gets the job done certainly — but it doesn't allow room for you. So sit down with yourself. At the end of the time line, come up with a few beliefs of yours that aren't based on logic, but are based on what you've been told. We all have them. Now, what do you actually think?

Start relying on yourself. Confidence and reliance are at the heart of finding yourself. If you don't have a solid sense of self worth, you'll listen to what others have to say all the time and to be swayed by their insistence on what is appropriate. Learn to believe in yourself and trust your own feelings. Then, you'll come up with a structure to base your new sense of self on. Remember, be patient with yourself and confident in your abilities. Everything will come with time...

let me know if this has been helpful and any questions..

Buhari’s Inaugural Speech Was Very Disappointing -Kayode Ajulo

This is what the national Secretary of Labour Party , Mr  Olukayode Ajulo, has to say about President Buhari's inaugural speech.
"Having read and listened to the inaugural speech of General Mohammadu Buhari even with high expectations, one can deduce that Mr President conspicuously refused to dwell on burning issues like unpaid salaries of Nigerian workers who are groaning in pains with no respite on sight.
He equally failed to clarify in simple terms how corruption will be tackled despite directing Army Command to move to Maidiguri to overrun the outlawed religious sect, Boko-Haram, a decision which is quite commendable.
Buhari’s speech was vague, not direct and very disappointing in my view; yes he mentioned that he will tackle rot in the power sector, but he never said how.
Another intrigue that his speech has triggered was the fact that nothing was mentioned by this nascent government on foreign policy or bilateral relations as the case may be, despite having over 40 foreign leaders as his listening audience.
I thought the focus would have been on strengthening existing law-enforcement capabilities, constitutional crisis, improving socio-economic conditions and redeeming (all or few) of the promises made during the electioneering campaigns and giving us the workable models through which these could be achieved, honestly Nigeria is expectant.
Agreed, the President’s speech could not have covered every conceivable issue; however, the commander-in-chief cannot brush these issues aside because all key stakeholders wanted to hear from him, it is from him that they take their cue respectively.
There cannot be sustainable growth, higher productivity, job creation or economic development in a crime-infested environment, where businesses cannot operate around the clock, or where labour cannot move freely around or get rewarded. The crime situation is symptomatic of a deeper social issue; we need to pay keen attention and do all we can at the highest level to tame and correct the causation.
President Buhari also needs to be reminded that election campaigns are over as he still sounded as if he’s still wooing electorates for votes.
In a nutshell the speech utterly lacks direction and therefore a disappointment."

Everyone has their own definition o beauty, who they think is beautiful and isn't.
But i could sum up my definition of based on personal opinion and research that beauty is all about being healthy and happy.
So to attain any level of beauty, the only advice i will give you now is to quit following the standards Magazines and T.V have set for us and do something remarkable, something that gives you that secret grin, like being kind to strangers or those in need. 'I was mistreated' by ex-wife Kris Jenner; Bruce Jenner reveals

As former Olympian and sporting champion Bruce Jenner  unveils his new female identity as Caitlyn, he also  launched a stinging attack on ex-wife Kris as the glamorous Caitlyn covers Vanity Fair magazine.
The pair were married for 23 years until their divorce was finalised in December, but Caitlyn, who has now transitioned, has branded the matriarch 'controlling' and says she felt 'mistreated'.
Caitlyn, 65, who debuted her feminized self on the cover while wearing a white corset, said Kris, 59, 'wasn't very nice' and that gender didn't cause them to divorce - it was mainly her treatment of him.
'The first 15 years I felt she needed me more because I was the breadwinner,' she told Vanity Fair.
'Then really around the show, when that hit and she was running the whole show and getting credit for it and she had her own money, she didn't need me as much from that standpoint... I think in a lot of ways she became less tolerant of me.'
Caitlyn continued: 'A lot of times she wasn't very nice. People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money, all that kind of stuff.'
When Bruce let the world in on his intention to become a woman, Kris was taken aback. 'It was like the most passive-aggressive thing I think I ever experienced,' Kris lashed back.
well, Bruce or Caitlyn rather, got more than enough support and from his family and people from around the world, evn president Obama.
His or her mum who is 88years, showed her solidarity and joy for her son but promised to
always refer to her as Bruce since that was what she and the father named him from birth.
