LIVE CONSCIOUSLY

Just watch people, watch yourself, check around your immediate environment especially those most populated by youths, you will see how unconscious, how drunk we are. How careless, we don’t listen to what is been said, we don’t see what we see, our eyes are clouded, our vision is blurred, our mind is confused, our beings have no clarity, we have no perception, we are not sensitive.

We just say and do things we don’t mean, things we end up regretting and paying for, things that might bring our lives to a complete ruin. Even at the point of repentance, at the spot of realizing that what we want to do will hurt us, will destroy us, we still go ahead to do them. We allow ourselves to be controlled and pressured by peer and vain cravings, because of lack of purpose and will, we are just there!

 Following the wind to all directions, foolish risk takers, yet not brave enough to say no, slaves to the society, slaves to music, slaves to fashion, slaves to money, and slaves to politics. Slaves to approval, slaves to friends and slaves to self. Slaves to everything that surrounds them. The word ‘vogue’ has cast a spell on us, and we remain helpless. This means we must get anything in vogue, even if we clearly don’t need, and we keep accumulating garbage, yes that is what they all become. Remember vogue has to bring new stuff that we keep acquiring, and very soon, the old that was the initial new, becomes garbage, just think about it, is it all worth it? You can say it makes you happy, but for how long? We need to wake up to our consciousness, and live according to our own light not according to other people’s lives. Let our own needs be ours, let’s not borrow problems in form of excitement or trend, let’s be masters of our lives. I am definitely not for renouncing things, ‘nice things’ I am just against slaving for things. It is that slavery that makes us want to show off the latest brand, if you haven’t got it, you slave to get it. We do all manner of hurtful things to ourselves, our spirit, and our bodies just to become slaves. Notice once we have these things, we become so excited, we want to take it everywhere and show everyone, for some unlucky ones, they lose this things in the process and they are broken.

We need to stop allowing superficial things control our lives and happiness. You should have some things that money cannot buy, things that people can’t price. Those are things that place real value on you...

Money only impresses lazy girls, smart intelligent hard working girls don’t need any man to be a ladder for upgrade, and man with money might just be a bonus. Likewise how most men look out for girls with great personality and style, and a pretty face is a bonus. So we all need to brace ourselves and live more consciously.
