Giuliana Rancic disrespects Zendaya at the Oscars in a Racist manner

Giuliana Rancic has been popping up on our radars a lot lately, and not necessarily for good things ... and this time is no exception: she said some pretty awful stereotypical things about Zendaya Coleman -- pictured above -- but Zendaya fired back hard, and made Giuliana look like an uninformed, vapid twit who gets off on saying things just to hear herself speak.

Do you hear that, Giuliana? Don't presume somebody is something or does something just because you have preconceived notions -- with no real understanding behind them -- fully formed in that tiny little pinhead of yours. It's not all that different from people assuming that you're a certain way because of the way you look ... and it's doubtless you can understand that, at the very least.
