HERE IS HOW TO GET OVER DEPRESSION

                     It could be you or someone you care about.. 

 Sometimes there's just no obvious reason why some people get depressed. But their depression can still be very real and contagious.

Depression is not a joke, it is more than the normal winter blues or stress. Depression is not for certain groups of people. It does not discriminate,  colour, race, social and financial status, anyone can be depressed, it could be me, it could be you. And the worst question to ask a depressed person is WHY? There isn't any straight forward answer for depression. Even the depressed cannot understand why they feel the way they do, so just like weather, if you know any one who is depressed, you just need to take some time out for them. Try to understand the blackness, the hopelessness and the loneliness they feel. Be kind to them, it can be hard, but its one of the noblest things you will ever do.


SOMETHINGS THAT LEAD TO DEPRESSION

A person's outlook also can influence depression. Are you a glass-half-full or glass-half-empty kind of person? Do you get easily upset or do things roll off your back? The way that people think about (and react to) the events in their lives also can affect depression. there are other, more surprising things that can lead to depression. They include daylight and seasons, social environment, and life events. Why can these things play a part in someone getting depression? They can affect the brain's neurotransmitters (chemicals in the brain that regulate mood). Genes, brain chemistry, and medical conditions are also some major causes of depression.
               WHATEVER THE CASE, 

GET OUT OF DEPRESSION!

Exercise is one the fastest way to relieve yourself of depression, take yourself to a free and safe field and do few km run or jog  around your neighbourhood. I also recommend swimming, research shows that swimming is effective in shrinking panic and sadness because of the combination of stroke mechanism, breathing, repetitiveness and its more like a whole body meditation.
Above all, pray  and consciously show someone kindness, and see how great it feels within you, after all, you can not be kind to people and not be to yourself.
