That is Patrick Schwarzenegger, but that pretty girl in bikini does not look like Miley Cyrus to me. What is going on Miley? The last time i checked, Patrick and Miley were taking their relationship pretty seriously, and even discussing the 'M' word according to dailymail, and now Patrick 21 is seen holding hands with another chick at the Mango Deck Restaurant and Bar in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Sunday.
This is definitely too close for comfort. The 21 year model appeared to have his arms around the waist of this beauty, as they are both cosying up. I wonder what Miley will have to say about this.
