Her boyfriend of five months - with whom she is said to be getting rather serious - was seen in an intimate-looking clinch with a bikini-clad beauty over the weekend.
Miley doesn't seem happy at all as she failed to even flash a little smile though she looked calm and composed as she enjoyed herself on a night out on Monday.
The son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver was seen cuddling up with a mystery brunette while in Cabo, Mexico on Spring Break, but he has since hit back at rumours of foul play on his Twitter page.
'Omg. It's one of my best friends girlfriend...Would NEVER do anything against my GF,' he wrote directly.
And the 21-year-old also tweeted: 'Girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls...'
He also explained that the girl in question, with whom he cuddles around the waist and looks longingly into her eyes, is a friend's girlfriend.
Miley has yet to directly address the pictures of her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, which showed him in an intimate-looking clinch with a girl in a bikini while in Cabo, Mexico at the weekend.
